The library is open to the public and accessible to anyone who is willing to abide by the Library Rules and Regulations. Clients cannot borrow books and take them home like in the other public libraries in town, but may only read them in the Museum’s reading room, which has only 5 seats. Readers can also use a PC with Internet access, make photocopies or digital copies of any texts, or scan them.
